1. Who we are

2. Request and confirmation
You request a ride via WhatsApp, phone or the online form, at least 2 hours in advance.
Your ride is only confirmed once we have accepted your request.
3. Price
We agree a fixed price with you before the ride.
4. Payment
You pay by debit card, credit card, cash, iDEAL or Tikkie. Business customers can also pay by invoice.
5. Cancelling
Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before the ride.
For cancellations within 24 hours of the ride, the arrangements we agree with you in advance apply.
6. Waiting at the airport
The first 10 minutes of waiting are free.
For waiting beyond the first 10 minutes, the arrangements we agree with you in advance apply.
7. Number of passengers
There is room for up to 4 passengers.
