2. What data
When you request a ride, we process the details you give us yourself:
- your name and phone number
- pickup address and destination
- date and time of the ride
- the number of passengers
- your flight number, if we pick you up from the airport
- your email address and the content of your message, if you email us
- invoice details, if you pay by invoice
3. What for
We use these details to answer your request, give you a fixed price, plan and carry out your ride, handle payment and keep our records.

4. Services we use
- WhatsApp — messages via WhatsApp go through WhatsApp's service; WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.
- Email — our email runs on Zoho Mail (European data centre).
- Online form — the online form is provided by TaxiWebBooker (TaxiID BV) and is loaded on our booking page only after you choose it; see TaxiWebBooker's privacy policy.
- Website — this website is hosted by Cloudflare.
